Welcome to Neverstop

These terms govern the use of the Neverstop platform (neverstop.community and nevrs.top), including our WhatsApp assistant. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

The community

Neverstop is an invite-only community. When you create an account, you get access to the platform, events, and booking tools. Access may be revoked if community values are not respected.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account security
• Your profile information must be truthful
• One person = one account (except collective accounts)
• Don't share your credentials with others

Creator profiles

If you have a creator profile, you have a public page that can be found via search and shared by our assistant. Your public profile includes: name, bio, skills, social links, photo, and services offered. You can control visibility in settings.

By publishing your profile, you authorize Neverstop to use your public data to recommend you to potential clients — including through the WhatsApp assistant and on platform artist pages.

Bookings

The platform facilitates connections between organizers and artists. Neverstop:

• Helps discover artists and initiate proposals
• Provides tools to manage the booking process
• Is not a party to the contract between organizer and artist
• Does not guarantee availability, quality, or payment

Organizers and artists are responsible for agreeing on terms, fees, and conditions between themselves. Neverstop facilitates — we don't legally intermediate.

WhatsApp assistant

Our assistant uses artificial intelligence. This means:

• Responses are generated automatically and may contain errors
• The assistant does not replace professional advice
• Data shared in conversations is processed per our Privacy Policy
• You can ask to speak with a human at any time

If you're not a member and start a WhatsApp conversation (e.g. via the "Start a Collab" button), by providing your name and email you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Messaging & communications

Neverstop may communicate with you through various channels. By using the platform, you consent to receiving the following communications:

Transactional messages (required while your account is active)

• Verification codes (OTP) via SMS or email
• Booking confirmations and updates
• Account security notifications
• Changes to terms of service or privacy policy

Community messages (you can opt out)

• Event reminders and weekly summaries
• Community suggestions and news
• Promotional or partner communications

How to opt out

• WhatsApp: Reply "STOP" at any time to stop receiving community messages
• Email: Use the unsubscribe link included in every email
• Platform: Manage your notification preferences in account settings

Note: You cannot opt out of transactional messages (verification, security, bookings) while your account is active. To stop receiving all messages, you may request account deletion.

Content

• You retain rights to content you publish (photos, music, bio)
• By publishing on Neverstop, you grant us a license to display your content on the platform
• Don't publish content you don't own
• Content that violates laws, promotes hate, or harms others will be removed

Community values

Neverstop is a safe space. We don't tolerate:

• Discrimination of any kind
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Spam or unauthorized commercial use
• Sharing private information of other members

Payments

Payments on the platform (invites, etc.) are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to the processor's terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to keep things running, but we don't guarantee 24/7 availability. We're not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from platform use
• Agreements between organizers and artists
• Content posted by other users
• Errors or omissions from the AI assistant

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
