Who we are

Neverstop is a global community connected by the fan 🪭. We operate the platform neverstop.community and the short domain nevrs.top. This policy explains how we handle your data — straightforward, no legalese.

What data we collect

When you create an account

  • Name and display name
  • Email and phone number
  • Profile picture
  • Location (city)
  • Bio, skills, social media links
  • Account type (explorer, creator, visionary)

When you use the platform

  • Bookings and proposals (event details)
  • WhatsApp conversations with our assistant
  • Event RSVPs
  • Preferences and settings

Automatically

  • IP address and browser data
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Session and interface preferences stored in your browser

How we use your data

  • Operate the platform — login, profile, bookings, events
  • WhatsApp assistant — respond to messages, process bookings, suggest artists
  • Communication — booking notifications, event reminders, community updates
  • Improve the service — understand how the platform is used to make it better
  • Security — prevent fraud and abuse

WhatsApp assistant and AI

Our WhatsApp assistant uses artificial intelligence to chat with you. Your messages are processed to generate responses — but they are not used to train AI models. Our AI providers do not use API data for training.

If you're not a member and start a conversation (e.g. via the "Start Something" button on an artist's profile), we may ask for your name and email to process the booking. By providing this data, you ask Neverstop to take the steps needed to create and manage your request as described in this policy.

Service communications and preferences

We use your contact details to verify your identity, secure your account, process requests you initiate, and send essential communications connected with those services. Neverstop, including Nev, may contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, phone, email, or in-app message.

  • Transactional messages — verification codes (OTP), booking confirmations, request coordination, and security alerts. We process the data necessary to provide requested services and take pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • Community messages — event reminders, weekly summaries, community news. Where these messages are marketing, we ask for separate, optional permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

How to opt out:

  • WhatsApp: Reply "STOP" to stop receiving community messages
  • Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Platform: Manage notification preferences in account settings

To stop receiving all communications, including transactional ones, you may request account deletion by contacting hello@neverstop.community. Withdrawing marketing permission does not affect messages strictly necessary for an active request or legal obligation.

Who we share your data with

We don't sell your data. Ever. But we use third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Artists and booking coordinators — relevant details when needed to assess, manage, or coordinate your request
  • Cloud infrastructure — data storage and authentication
  • AI provider — processing assistant messages
  • Messaging service — WhatsApp and SMS delivery
  • Email service — transactional and community email delivery
  • Payment processor — secure payment processing
  • Product analytics, which measures usage, is hosted in the European Union, runs only with your permission, and records no sessions
  • Error monitoring, which detects faults so we can fix them, with no cookies and no screen recording

All our providers operate under Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and comply with GDPR. You can request the full list of sub-processors by contacting hello@neverstop.community.

Public profiles

If you have a creator profile, some of your data is public (name, bio, skills, social links, profile picture). This data is visible on your public page (nevrs.top/your-slug) and may be shared by our assistant when someone is looking for artists to book. You can control your profile visibility in settings.

To give the creator an estimate of how many people viewed their profile, we count public visits on our server without setting cookies or storing data in your browser. We exclude previews, the creator's own visits, and known automation. A temporary HMAC-protected identifier derived from the IP address and browser—without storing either raw value—avoids counting the same browser and network more than once per profile in 24 hours. That identifier expires after 24 hours and is removed by daily cleanup. We retain daily totals for 90 days and an aggregate lifetime view total.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your data
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a standard format
  • Object — withdraw consent at any time
  • Restriction — limit how we use your data

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@neverstop.community. We respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your data while you have an active account. If you request account deletion, we erase your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized data for statistics may be kept indefinitely.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising cookies, we don't track you across other sites, and we don't sell data to ad networks. What is strictly necessary is always stored, because the platform cannot work without it:

  • Session and authentication, to keep you signed in
  • Interface preferences, like whether the sidebar is open or closed
  • Your cookie choice, so we don't ask you again

Everything non-essential stays off until you choose. We ask on your first visit, with accept and reject side by side and carrying the same weight, and nothing is measured by optional analytics before that choice. If your browser sends a global privacy signal (Global Privacy Control), we treat it as a refusal and never ask.

One thing does run either way: crash and error monitoring, which tells us when something is broken. We rely on it to keep the platform working and secure, it stores nothing in your browser, and screen recording is switched off.

The aggregate public-profile audience counter described above also runs without cookies and independently of this choice. It is used only to give the creator an estimate of their profile audience, not for advertising or tracking you across sites.

The only optional category is usage measurement: which pages get viewed and which actions happen, so we can tell what works and what is broken. The data is hosted in the European Union and session replay is switched off, so we don't record your screen or what you type.

Your choice is remembered for six months, then we ask again. You can change your mind at any time in cookie preferences, and withdrawing is as easy as accepting. If you prefer, write to hello@neverstop.community.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
