When you publish photos on your Neverstop profile, you grant a license to use those images. It is a contractual agreement, not an informal permission. This page explains exactly what you grant, to whom, and how you can withdraw it.
You always keep the rights to your images. The license is non-exclusive: you can keep using your photos anywhere you want.
Nobody else. The license does not allow reselling your images or sublicensing them to third parties outside these two cases.
It covers what you have already published and what you publish on your profile in the future. If you delete an image from your profile, it is no longer available for new uses.
Recordings and captures made at events (video, photography, or audio of a performance, session, or campaign) are not part of this license. Those always have their own release, agreed with you for each event or production.
The license lasts while you have a profile on the platform. You can withdraw it at any time in your account settings or by talking to us.
Withdrawal applies going forward. Materials already produced or published with your images (a campaign already running, a poster already printed, a video already edited) remain licensed. Withdrawal stops new uses from that moment on.
We ask everyone using your images to give credit: to you and, when indicated on your profile, to the photographer. If you see your images used without credit or outside these terms, talk to us.
